THE WISEHIPPO BIRTHING PROGRAMME
The Wise Hippo Birthing programme offers a comprehensive antenatal course totalling 10 hours of instruction. Classes are 4 x 2.5 hour sessions.
You can join a group class or you can decide to do it just you and you birth partner at the comfort of your home. Please get in touch with me to discuss the options.
All of the hypnosis techniques are learnt during the first two sessions which ensures that I can see how the couples are progressing with their practice of the techniques and allows opportunity for questions and review of these techniques. The number of attendees is kept low in order to ensure that I can give appropriate attention to each individual and ensure that everyone gets the most from attending the course.
The ideal time would be to start is between 20-32 weeks so you have plenty time to practise. However, if your are more then 32 weeks you can still benefit from the technique. Many couples started after 32 weeks and they still achived calm, relaxed and in control birth.
