Service Description

For those who like to test things out before they fully commit though this is a great place to start. For a small investment, you will learn many of our best tools and techniques, that you will be able to use during your labour. What we will talk about: -How the uterus is working -Breathing techniques during a labour -Birth Planning -Birth partner role Once you sign up for the full programme Euro 60 will be deducted from the entire programme if you continue privately. If you continue in a group 20Euro will be deducted.
